Regular accounting and book keeping - involves the recording of entire business transactions of the client with the objective of ensuring accuracy of financial statements
Bank and petty cash reconciliation statement preparation - It is always advisable to have a control over the bank account and cash account especially when negotiable instruments are extensively used or cash transactions are regularly carried out by the entity. We shall ensure the control by preparation of reconciliation statements at regular intervals.
Cash flow statement preparation - We will prepare cash flow statement to help the management to make well informed operating/ financial/ investing decisions.

VAT Registration - Upon crossing the threshold limit of turnover specified in the law for obtaining VAT registration, we shall assist the client to get registered under VAT law.
VAT Return preparation and filing - We will ensure the preparation and filing of VAT returns for the business entities registered under VAT law within the due date specified in the law.

Internal Audit - will verify and ensure the compliance of business processes and transactions with the standards set by the management. It helps the business to achieve its objectives.
Tax Compliance Audit - will ensure that the business fully complies with the Tax laws applicable to it and the required registration is obtained and tax returns are filed at the stipulated intervals. This will help the business to avoid penal actions and charges being levied for non compliance.
Transaction Audit - effective when there is a budgetary system in place. It will ensure that the transactions are not at variance with the budget.

Financial Statement preparation - A month wise preparation of financial statements will be carried out.
Performance analysis - A month wise analysis report will be prepared based on the financial statements which include analysis of gross margin, net margin and relevant financial ratios applicable to the business of the client.
