Your Private Limited Company in Thiruvananthapuram, filed and checked by a team of chartered accountants, with the filings after incorporation done for you.
Your company registration in Trivandrum is filed and checked by a team of chartered accountants, and it covers everything a Private Limited Company needs to exist: the Digital Signatures, the name application, the MOA and AOA, the SPICe+ filing, the government fees and the Kerala stamp duty. You see the full price and what it covers on our company incorporation page before you pay.
The whole process is online. You answer eight questions, make one payment and upload your documents. We take it from there: the Digital Signatures, the name application, the MOA and AOA, and the SPICe+ filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Certificate of Incorporation in 3 to 12 working days from the day your documents are complete.
Our registered office is at Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram. Mavensmark is a consultancy company founded and led by chartered accountants, and we have registered and looked after companies since 2015. More than 1,000 businesses have come through the practice. You do not need to visit us, but you can.
This is the work we do for you, from the first form to the filings after the certificate.

You can start at any hour from your phone. These are the four steps.
Our name-check team runs your choices against the MCA register, live trademarks and the naming rules under the Companies Act before we file. We tell you which of your names are likely to clear. Chartered accountants prepare and file your SPICe+, and they check it before it reaches the MCA.
A company with its registered office in Trivandrum, or anywhere in Kerala, comes under the Registrar of Companies at Ernakulam, Kochi. The incorporation itself is processed online by the Central Registration Centre, so nobody needs to travel to Kochi.
The name is where most delays start. The Central Registration Centre turns down a name that is too close to an existing company or a live trademark, or that breaks the naming rules under the Companies Act. When nobody checks first, you lose the fee and the days, and you start again.
A few rules that catch founders:
Your registration includes four proposed names across the application and the permitted resubmission. Our team checks every name before we file it, and we tell you which ones are likely to clear. No one can guarantee approval: it is the Central Registration Centre's decision.
Name approval does not give you a trademark. The company name and a trademark are separate registrations, and trademark registration is not part of the incorporation.
A Private Limited Company suits a Trivandrum business that wants any of these:
If you work alone and none of these apply yet, a proprietorship with GST may be enough for now. A new company registration in Trivandrum makes sense when one of the reasons above is real for you.
From every director and shareholder:
For the registered office:
If you do not have an office ready yet, you can still register. We file INC-22, the intimation of registered office, after incorporation, and it is part of the registration.
The Central Registration Centre can send a filing back with a query before it approves it. These are the usual reasons:
Our chartered accountants check each of these before they file. If a query comes back, they answer it and resubmit. What your registration covers for a resubmission is on our company incorporation page.
The Certificate of Incorporation is where the obligations start. Three filings fall due within weeks, and we do them as part of your registration:
We also prepare the first board meeting minutes, the statutory registers and the share certificates.
A business in Trivandrum can need registrations that the company certificate does not give you. These depend on what you do and where, and they are separate from the incorporation:
If you are building a startup at Technopark or anywhere else in the city, a Private Limited Company is the structure that investors and grant schemes expect. After incorporation you can apply for DPIIT recognition on the Startup India portal and for a Unique ID from the Kerala Startup Mission.
